CLEAR ANSWERS. BETTER FILES.
BEFORE YOU
HIT SEND.
Keep your originals. Check your export. Tell us exactly what you are printing.
What should I send?
A print-ready PDF is a useful starting point. Our review form also accepts AI, PSD and TIFF. Include the product, finished size, quantity, front/back requirements and deadline. For another file format, chat with our team.
How do I choose the right size and bleed?
Use the template for your exact product, including its bleed, trim and safety guides. Extend backgrounds to the bleed edge and keep important content inside the safety area. Bleed allowances vary by product.
What resolution does my artwork need?
Our standard is 300 DPI or greater at the final printed size. Files at 240–299 DPI require special approval; below 240 DPI is not accepted. Pure vector artwork has no DPI minimum. Enlarging a flattened image reduces its effective resolution; saving or rendering it at 300 DPI does not restore missing detail.
Should my file be RGB or CMYK?
Use the CMYK setup required for your print product. RGB colors may shift when converted for print. Our review checks the color setup and can flag conversion requirements; ask about profiles, spot colors and specialty inks for your project.
What should I do with fonts?
Embed fonts in your PDF or convert text to outlines where appropriate. This helps avoid substitutions and changed spacing. Check the final exported file before sending it.
How do I prepare a double-sided file?
Clearly identify the front and back. For a two-page PDF, place the front first and the back second, and confirm both pages use the intended size and orientation. Review each side carefully.
What about folded brochures and large signs?
Use the matching product template and identify fold, cut, panel and finishing requirements. Large-format art must be prepared at the intended scale. Tell us the final display size and viewing conditions.
Will you check my spelling or fix my design?
Please proofread all names, dates, prices, contact details and wording yourself. The complimentary review covers print-quality issues. Corrections and design services can be quoted separately.
Can I send an idea or a file that is not print-ready?
Yes. Send what you have for practical guidance. A complete prepress check requires print-ready artwork and product details; our team can explain the next steps and any design work needed.
How do I send a large file or another file type?
The form below accepts PDF, AI, PSD or TIFF up to 50 MB. For larger files or any other format, use live chat to arrange the right way to send your artwork.
