Savannah was absolutely fantastic. She managed to fit me in at very short notice, gave clear and practical advice on the design, and helped refine it so it would print perfectly at large scale.

Most impressively, she turned around a 24 × 36 inch poster in under an hour, which meant I was able to get it back to the convention on time. Calm, professional, and genuinely helpful under pressure — exactly what you need when you’re on a tight deadline.

When our hotel unexpectedly refused to take their delivery for us (the day before NAB kicked off!), Savannah stayed way beyond her working hours to make sure one of our team received our materials. I had such a great experience with Redline Printing Company. They created beautiful, clean, high-quality business cards for me, along with a custom card game and somehow managed to pull everything together last minute without sacrificing quality or timing. Everything was delivered right on time, which I truly appreciated.

Diana was absolutely amazing to work with. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and brought so much creativity to the design process. She really understood my vision and elevated it beyond what I expected.

We had an emergency while attending InfoComm in Las Vegas after our executive flew out without his business cards. Savannah jumped in right away and made the impossible happen. She replied incredibly fast, was so patient with all my last minute changes and made the whole process completely stress free. I was exhibiting at ISC West 2026 and needed a full suite of print collateral turned around on a tight timeline — 25mm stickers, NFC card-sized stickers, QR code takeaway cards, and full page sales sheets for one of my companies.

Savannah handled everything from start to finish and was genuinely outstanding. Professional, energetic, and easy to work with — by the second phone call I felt like I’d been working with her for years. She was proactive about every step, calling with updates before I had to ask, keeping me informed on timing and cost without a single surprise. When you’re preparing for a major trade show, the last thing you want is to be chasing a vendor. I never once had to wonder where things stood.

Everything arrived on time, looked sharp, and performed exactly as needed on the show floor.

Two days before my event, I was wide awake, running on no sleep, replaying every possible scenario in my head. There’s a very specific kind of panic that sets in when you realize the details you thought were handled… weren’t. Mine came with a recurring nightmare: an open house with no signage, no materials, and somehow – no guests. Dramatic? Maybe. But in that moment, it felt very real.

When I cam to in the middle of that chaos, I found Red Line Printing Group… and more importantly, Savannah.

From the moment we spoke, she was an absolute gem. Calm, kind, and incredibly responsive (which, in that moment, felt like a lifeline). I sent over what I needed just two days before the event, fully expecting limitations because of the turnaround time but she never made it feel like a problem. Even with last-minute changes and tight deadlines, she stayed communicative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused the entire time.

And then came the real test: I realized the day of the event that I needed an additional item printed in bulk. Within just a few hours, she made it happen. No stress, no hesitation – just solutions.

Savannah’s level of customer service is rare. She didn’t just process an order, she showed up, problem-solved, and genuinely cared about making sure everything came together on time! That kind of support, especially in high-pressure moments makes all the difference.

I can’t recommend Red Line Printing Group enough and I’ll absolutely be working with them again. If you’re on a deadline or need a team that actually has your back… this is it.

Being based in the U.S. Virgin Islands, it’s always a little stressful ordering print products from off island because you never fully know how things will turn out once they arrive. But Redline absolutely exceeded my expectations.

I ordered business cards and branded stickers for Asaba Global Supper Club, and the quality honestly made me smile when I opened the package. The cards feel premium, the colors came out beautiful, and everything looked clean, intentional, and high-end. You can tell they really care about the details.

Great experience with Redline Print Group. They helped me with business cards and flyers and were incredibly helpful with sizing and design decisions. I was able to create beautiful, high-quality (luxury feel) cards thanks to their guidance.

They have a wide variety of samples in-store, which made the process much easier. Savannah was fantastic to work with — very responsive and knowledgeable. Very good communication via phone and email.

They also handled a rush order seamlessly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality printing and great service. Will definitely return with needs for my business.

Redline Print Group is fantastic! We’ve used them for flyers, stickers, brochures, and other printed materials, and they always do an excellent job. Really enjoyed working with Savannah! This is by far one of the best printers I have worked with…..and working in corporate events I work with a lot of printers. They immediately understood the project I was trying to facilitate, delivered on time and accurately (to a hotel on the strip no less), and didn’t cost an arm and a leg like some other (cough, FedEx, cough) would have. Much more personal attention as well. I will be working with them again next time I have an event in town. A genuine pleasure to work with.
